Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and developing a deep understanding of our products and services. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and advancement, with the potential to become a team leader managing a team of 5-10 representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless internal collaboration
- Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed
- Develop a strong understanding of internal and external proprietary software, troubleshooting common issues with customers
- Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work
Qualifications
* Must reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Minimum Equipment Requirements
* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space
- Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5)
- Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), minimum 10 Mbps download / minimum 3 Mbps upload (Wi-fi is not supported)
