Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests and sales leads
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in data entry and CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer information to provide personalized solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry software
