Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mission to enhance efficiency and improve customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
• Identifying document types based on provided guidelines
• Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards
• Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed
• Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes
• Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned

• Proficiency in reading and speaking English: You're fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Typing Requirements

To ensure accuracy and efficiency, we require our Data Entry Specialists to meet the following typing requirements:

• WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
• KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

This position is remote and based in Superior, WI. We're committed to providing a flexible and remote work environment that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Compensation and Schedule

* Pay Rate: $12 per hour

• Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
• A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
• Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
