Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst in our Business Intelligence and Insights team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Designing and implementing data collection and analysis processes to improve data quality and accuracy
- Providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
