Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist (Typist) to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our application administration team, you'll be responsible for managing data entry tasks with precision and speed, utilizing your skills in Word and Excel to perform administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to potentially transition to a full-time role with arenaflex and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision and speed (minimum of 40 words per minute)
• Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Utilize Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks
• Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous
• Contribute to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project
• Support our development team's efforts by manually organizing and building users in Link

Work Schedule

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose from a variety of shifts to accommodate divisional support needs. Shifts will vary between 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST.

Additional Information

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you'll have the opportunity to closely collaborate with end-users, assisting them in setting up their organization and user credentials. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition to our new application, providing excellent customer service to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations for our clients and patients.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a 30-minute video interview with Alfonso. We're looking for candidates who are passionate about data entry and administration, and who possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
