Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate on our Integration Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of vendor data into our proprietary platform. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining account structures, data profiling, and resolving data issues. You'll also be responsible for file profiling, source review, and reviewing data to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain account structures to ensure accurate and efficient data entry

• Conduct data profiling to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring high-quality data for our clients
• Perform file profiling, including feeding data files, flagging rules, and adjusting based on flags
• Conduct source review in our platform and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Review and verify data to ensure it meets our quality standards
• Break down benefits coverage (copay, deductibles) and insurance plans to provide accurate and actionable insights

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Health Information Systems, Economics, Math, or a related field

• Proficiency in Excel, including V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, and other advanced features
• Resides in the state of Pennsylvania

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data

• Knowledge of ETL or SQL programming languages
• Extra-curricular involvement, such as volunteering or participating in professional organizations
• Local to Pittsburgh, PA (although remote work is available)

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
