Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of information, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality data entry services, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of information

  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and other digital channels
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and productivity standards
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks without distraction
  • Proficient with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
