Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist & Application Support Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our new application system for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing excellent typing skills (over 40 WPM) to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage will be beneficial
  • Performing entry-level application administration tasks remotely
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure minimal downtime and positive impact on patient care

Additional Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

Interview Process
