Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering data with speed and accuracy as needed to meet quantity and quality requirements
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Regular attendance and punctuality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Basic computer knowledge required in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong PC and technical skills required
• Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum six months to one year item data entry or related experience
• Ability to work under stressful situations and establish priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to manage large caseloads with tight deadlines
• Work with direct supervision
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Data entry experience: 1 year (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with data management software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Schedule

Our Part-Time Data Entry Specialist position requires a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday, from 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Time. We're flexible and willing to work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.
