Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues
- Entering customer information into our database with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining and updating records as needed, including data collection and organization for various projects
- Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to support data analysis and reporting
- Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service operations and achieve team goals
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
