Responsibilities

  • Verifying data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating existing data to reflect changes and updates.

  • Performing periodic backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • Sorting and organizing documentation after data entry to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system a strong preference.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
