Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute)
- Communicating effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
- Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently
- Previous helpdesk or customer service experience is a plus
Additional Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
- The ability to work shifts aligned with Eastern Standard Time (8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM)
