Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to perform entry-level application administration, data entry, and customer support. As an Application Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the development team to build organizations and users in Link, utilizing tools and resources to ensure seamless migration
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to the development team as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; business qualification or related field preferred
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 wpm
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
