Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Guest and Reservation Management: Process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
- Virtual Property Management: Coordinate with property managers, housekeeping staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient guest experiences.
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, linen supplies, and other essential amenities for our properties.
- Address Guest Issues and Resolve Them in a Timely and Efficient Manner: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high review rating.
- Process Reservations and Provide Accurate Information: Manage reservations, process payments, and provide guests with essential information about their stay.
Success Metrics
To measure your success in this role, we will track the following key performance indicators:
- Maintain a Quick Response Rate to All Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries within a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve All Guest Issues with a High Sense of Urgency in Less than 3 Hours or ASAP: Address guest issues promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a Review Rating of 4.8 or Higher: Maintain a high review rating by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ Years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience: Experience in managing short-term rentals or vacation properties.
- Availability to Work During Normal U.S. Business Hours: Be available to work during standard business hours to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Airbnb Customer Service: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform and processes.
