Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds. You'll work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday, and spend Tuesdays and Thursdays in our office, with every other Friday spent in the office as well. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. In addition to our attractive hybrid work solution, you'll also enjoy a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, as well as paid training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing product complaints: You'll be responsible for processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigating complaints: You'll investigate complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Updating databases: You'll accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information.
  • Escalating issues: You'll escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality: You'll ensure the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this position.
  • Customer service experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience to be considered for this role.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills: You'll need strong problem-solving and organizational skills to succeed in this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Hybrid work schedule: You'll need to be able to work a hybrid work schedule that includes weekly office and remote requirements.
