Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and support to our valued passengers. You’ll connect with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with bookings, reservations, and all things travel-related.

Key Responsibilities
