Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team on a full-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data across our databases and systems. Your attention to detail, commitment to confidentiality, and proficiency in data entry software will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data.

Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain various types of data across our databases and systems

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
