What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Benefit Advocate, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Minimum 6+ Months of Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience is necessary to excel in this role.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability: Ability to work any shift between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday, including occasional overtime and weekends.
- Residency: Must reside within a 100-mile commutable distance of Greensboro, NC.
