What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
* Providing support throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
* Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to deliver an unrivaled customer service experience
* Mentoring others as your skillset expands
* Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements

* A willingness to work in a hybrid role with on-site requirements one day per week
* A location within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
