Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.

Product Knowledge:

Training Participation:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree or related certification in a business or customer service-related field is a plus.
