Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative / Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound sales interactions
- Effectively promoting and selling home refinancing and real estate services to meet and exceed sales goals
- Overcoming customer reluctance and objections to achieve successful sales outcomes
- Communicating effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat
- Navigating multiple computer systems to access customer information and sales tools
- Meeting and exceeding self-set sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High Level of Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Comfortable Working on the Phone: Be comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to Listen and Provide Assistance: Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
- Technical Requirements: Meet the technical requirements for working remotely, including:
+ Hard Wired Internet / No WiFi + Agent Provided Equipment + Manufacture date no later than 5 years from today + Windows 10+ Operating System + 25GB+ Available Disk Space + 2.4GHz+ Quad Core Processor + 8GB+ Ram + Dual 19+ Monitors (Preferred) + Internet 10Mbps Download / 5Mbps Upload Minimum (http://speed.tlcassociates.com/) + USB Computer Headset with mute button – Cannot be wireless + Mouse + Keyboard + Desk/Chair + Secure room with no outside sound + Monitor screens not visible from outside window
