As a Part-Time Remote Financial Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees to maximize retention. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering financial plans, conducting calls with representatives, and developing meaningful relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Financial Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of the company
• Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
• Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses such as Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65
• Training and onboarding new hires, developing them into key team members
• Creating and delivering financial plans that meet the needs of our clients
