Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typing, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural team to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various platforms. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes
- Manage job postings on various platforms and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches

- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
