Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving complex issues via phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to clients, including explaining plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilizing our customer service software and systems to track and resolve client issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and issues.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams and departments to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry regulations and policies.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
