Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and service providers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer concerns and provide thoughtful responses
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple issues simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and service providers in multiple languages
