Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote contract basis. As a key member of our LATAM expansion team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking students, resolving issues, and helping us launch InstaClubHub Español in Latin America.

Responsibilities

* Handle all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students inside Zendesk and What's App

  • Reply to tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends
  • Update customer accounts in various platforms
  • Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish)
  • Work inside our payment processing system to help with refunds, subscription changes, etc
  • Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand
  • Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start)

Requirements

* Be a self-starter who can manage their own time and tasks

  • Be ruthlessly resourceful - you will need to solve a lot of problems
  • Get excited about making OTHER people's experience successful
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Be personable and service-oriented

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Zendesk, What's App, and other customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Latin American customers or in a LATAM-focused role

  • Familiarity with Instagram marketing and social media management
  • Experience with payment processing systems and refunds
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, What's App, Asana, Dropbox)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with social media management and Instagram marketing
