Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling software products and solutions to businesses and individuals, generating revenue by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and presenting solutions that meet those needs. You'll be a key member of our sales team, working closely with customers to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide ongoing support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential customers and develop a list of potential leads through research, attending trade shows, and networking with industry professionals

  • Understand customer needs and requirements by listening to the customer, asking questions, and gathering information to develop a thorough understanding of their business and how software solutions can help them
  • Present software solutions that meet the customer's needs, preparing presentations and demos, highlighting the benefits of the software, and addressing any concerns or objections the customer may have
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and close deals to generate revenue for the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up with customers after a sale, providing ongoing support and assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to provide the most relevant solutions to customers and remain competitive in the marketplace

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, negotiate solutions, and build positive relationships

  • Technologically savvy, with a passion for constant disruption and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Faultless in follow-up, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to hold yourself accountable working remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary, as we have a full-scale training schedule to support your success

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of software solutions and their applications

  • Familiarity with CRMs and Marketing Automations, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Strong social media skills, with a ability to effectively promote arenaflex's brand message and build a strong online presence
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Compensation

We offer a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential, with a base salary of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
