What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them with inquiries: Help our customers navigate the complex world of supplemental benefits and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Answering customer questions regarding their coverage and benefits: Be the go-to expert for our customers and provide them with accurate and timely information about their coverage and benefits.

  • Regularly reviewing agreements to create more cost-effective plans: Help our customers save money by reviewing their agreements and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborating with team members while also working independently: Work closely with your colleagues to achieve our team goals, while also being able to work independently and manage your own workload.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is optional: Be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues.
