Experienced Customer Service Representative – Building Customer Loyalty and Confidence

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by providing exceptional support through various communication channels. This is a hybrid position, offering a unique blend of on-site and remote work, with 3 days spent at our Downey, CA office and 2 days working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with customers and sales professionals to provide expert advice on products, services, and problem resolution

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to seek assistance when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution
• Independently research and recommend solutions for customers, either on your own or with the support of a field representative or manager
• Complete basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement tasks, either independently or with assistance from the Field Sourcing team
• Manage and track all back orders and open orders, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Process credits and enter returns in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and deliver status tracking
• Maintain open communication with customers to ensure successful and on-time delivery of orders

Qualifications:

* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful approach

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record in handling phone and email inquiries
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus, but not required
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently or with assistance from peers
• High level of motivation and sense of urgency, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
