The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support, resolving issues and meeting customer needs in a timely and professional manner. You'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and find solutions to meet their needs
* Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
* Maintain customer and driver satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
* Report technical issues to the engineering team and customer feedback to the management team
* Collaborate with other arenaflex staff members to ensure seamless customer support
Experience and Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details
* Problem-solver with a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers
* Bilingual a plus (but not required)
Skills and Competencies:
* Technical proficiency in using software applications and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment and Culture:
* Full-time, 40 hours per week, with operating hours from 5am-9pm PST, including weekends
* Work remotely within the USA (preferred states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia)

Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary range: $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience
