About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be a crucial partner to your clients, providing administrative support, project management, and other essential services. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs to small business owners, and help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage appointments, calendars, and emails for your clients.
- Project Management: Collaborate on projects, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Content Creation: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and manage social media accounts.
- Research & Recommendations: Research technologies and provide recommendations to clients.
- CRM Administration: Update and maintain client databases.
- Travel & Event Planning: Arrange travel and coordinate events as needed.
- Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks as required by clients.

- In-home office with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb RAM, and the latest MS Office installed.
