Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless property management, guest satisfaction, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest and Reservation Management: + Process reservations and manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods to guests + Ensure seamless communication with guests throughout their stay
- Virtual Property Management:
+ Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Arrange amenities and services for guests as needed + Monitor and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:
+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for properties + Ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Monitor and resolve any issues related to cleaning services
Success Metrics
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
- Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
- Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
- Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Airbnb customer service
- Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
