Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offering solutions and guidance to help members better understand their coverage and options
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service
