How You Will Assist Us

As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver experiences that matter. Your responsibilities will include:

• Rapidly recognizing and addressing client issues
• Effectively searching for answers to issues
• Making quality decisions
• Collaborating with a diverse group of clients and partners
• Providing excellent and timely treatment of inbound assistance calls

Position Type/Standard Schedule

This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home. To be eligible for this job, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role.

Work Schedule

The training program will take place Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST. After training, you will work in your permanent shift, which may include nights and weekends. When working from home, you will need a quiet space and high-speed internet with a minimum of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download speeds.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
• Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
• Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
• Dedicated high-speed internet with upload speeds of 10 MBPS and download speeds of 25 MBPS
• Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
• Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
• Embracing a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
• Reliably making health and safety, of self and others, the priority
