About the role
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our community. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about reservations, policies, and services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy
- Provide accurate information about reservations, policies, and services
- Assist hosts with listing management and guest communication
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Essential qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
