The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our highly skilled client success team, working closely with our Business Coaches to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to engage with our clients' target audience, build relationships, and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Follow up with leads to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Develop and implement organic account growth strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting revenue targets
- Collaborate with our client success team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Participate in daily communication and management tasks to ensure seamless team operations
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- No previous experience is required, but a high level of English proficiency and a strong drive for sales is essential

* Previous experience working from home or in a remote sales environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:
+ Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
