Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone calls and email to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently completing data entry tasks, such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
  • Supervising that any relevant orders had shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
  • Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned
  • Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to meet the demands of a fast-paced customer support environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer knowledge and usability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
  • Tactful customer issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer support software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • 8-hour shift
