Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with precision and accuracy
• Verifying account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless customer service
• Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders with attention to detail
• Preparing files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices
• Scanning or retaining documents with care and attention to detail
• Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to ensure data integrity
• Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to inform business decisions
• Other related duties as assigned by our team leaders

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2+ years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
• The ability to pass computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing with flying colors
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers

Bonus Points:
