Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering information into client systems, ensuring high-quality data entry and minimal errors
- Researching Bills of Lading to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts
- Processing accounts in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer requirements
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily production commitments and meet company goals
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including compliance training and overtime requirements
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Works to achieve and maintain acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Potential to assist in the training of employees to perform job
- Able to receive constructive feedback with an objective open mind
- Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Completes all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time
- Must actively participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-speed internet required
- All equipment is provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse
