Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. -

Problem Resolution:

Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex product offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers with their needs. -

Sales Support:

Assist customers with product selection by providing information about features, pricing, promotions, and availability to support sales. -

Documentation:

Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software to ensure a comprehensive record of customer inquiries. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends and product experiences. -

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and contribute to improving the customer service experience. ### Requirements #### Personality Traits -
