Responsibilities:

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries promptly, providing accurate information about our services and promotions
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Documenting customer interactions for future reference, ensuring accurate and detailed records
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the customer experience, sharing best practices and ideas
  • Participating in training and development sessions to improve job performance, staying current with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members

  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and queries efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on customer service, communication, or a related field
