Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Data Entry specialist to join our Administrative Support team remotely. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in various systems and databases, verifying data accuracy, and performing regular data quality checks and audits. You'll also provide general administrative support as required, manage email correspondence related to data entry tasks, and coordinate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases

  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Assist with the creation of reports and data analysis as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
