Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers over the phone or via email, providing detailed order information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Reviewing customer orders and/or account information to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Essential Qualifications
