Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service and Sales Call Center Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving sales growth. You will work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our state-of-the-art call center and working from home. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling arenaflex products and services while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and sell arenaflex products and services via phone, email, and online chat

  • Work in a hybrid role, splitting time between our state-of-the-art call center and working from home
  • Utilize various tools and systems, including CRM software, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid role, splitting time between a call center and working from home

  • Experience selling arenaflex products and services
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
