Position Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Work From Home) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support remotely during overnight hours. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication
• Working independently to manage a high volume of customer interactions
• Utilizing strong computer skills and knowledge to navigate our systems and resolve customer issues
• Collaborating with our team to share best practices and improve customer service outcomes

Typical Calls

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of calls, including:

• Prescription refills
• Order status
• Insurance coverage
• Other customer inquiries and issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience working with customers/patients in a fast-paced, metric environment
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in a call center or similar environment

• Experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Education

* Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
