Job Type and Working Hours
This is a Part-Time, Remote Position with evening hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week). As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
