Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Livingston, NJ. The person for this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members, handling phone interactions with professionalism, and supporting executive team members with clerical tasks. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
  • Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills for client interaction
  • Previous experience in a real estate

Previous experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a bonus
