What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly
• Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system
• Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll to support financial reporting
• Assist with monthly closings, internal and external audits by providing necessary records and reports
• Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience; familiarity with GAAP is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to perform tasks such as sitting for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
• Previous work experience in a healthcare-related setting
