Shift: Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm-9pm Benefits/Perks: Competitive compensation (Hourly Range Pay Rate $16 - $17 an hour) One on one client care Performance incentives Career growth and learning opportunities Set caregivers up for success by providing training Introduce caregivers for the first shift Involved and friendly leadership Responsibilities (will vary by client): Homemaker/Companion (Lighthouse cleaning, meal prep, laundry) Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, transferring) Follow a plan of care Qualifications: HHA/CNA required Willingness to complete TB Test or Chest X-ray CPR certificate Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Level 2 Background Check Willingness to complete CEU's (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs) Prior home care experience a plus Access to email and a mobile smart device Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care We only hire reliable individuals who love working with the elderly and others in need of support.
