Position Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution, while also upselling and cross-selling arenaflex products and services. Your professionalism, empathy, and communication skills will be essential in handling escalated customer concerns and meeting performance metrics for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
  • Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior customer service experience preferred (at least 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)
